The Do Dham Yatra by Helicopter is a same-day spiritual journey to two of the most sacred Himalayan temples — Kedarnath Temple and Badrinath Temple. Starting from Dehradun (Sahastradhara Helipad), this premium helicopter tour allows pilgrims to complete the divine darshan comfortably within a single day.

The journey includes helicopter transfers, shuttle service to Kedarnath, ground assistance, and VIP darshan arrangements at both temples. It is designed for devotees seeking a fast, comfortable, and spiritually fulfilling pilgrimage experience in the Himalayas without the long and challenging road travel.

Dehradun → Kedarnath → Badrinath → Dehradun (Same Day Return)

Passengers must report at Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun on their own.

From Sahastradhara, the helicopter flies to Phata/Guptkashi/Sitapur helibase. As per government regulations, passengers will then board a shuttle helicopter to reach Kedarnath Temple.

The Kedarnath helipad is located approximately 300–400 meters from the temple, making it convenient for pilgrims to reach the shrine. Passengers will get around 1.5 to 2 hours for darshan at the temple.

After darshan, passengers return to the helipad and take the shuttle helicopter back to Phata/Guptkashi/Sitapur.

Note: Average waiting time for shuttle service to Kedarnath may be 1.5–2 hours depending on operational conditions.

Kedarnath → Badrinath

On arrival at Badrinath Temple helipad, staff will escort passengers to waiting vehicles for a short 5-minute drive to the temple parking area.

From there, pilgrims proceed to the temple for darshan. Guests will have 1.5 to 2 hours for darshan and may also visit the hot springs (Tapt Kund) located just below the temple.

After completing darshan, passengers return to the helipad.

Badrinath → Dehradun

The helicopter flight from Badrinath back to Sahastradhara takes approximately 45 minutes.

  • This is not a private departure. It is a fixed departure on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Maximum 4–6 passengers are allowed in one helicopter depending on weight and load conditions.
  • Total passenger weight limit: 380–430 kg per helicopter depending on aircraft type.
  • Baggage allowance: Maximum 4 kg per passenger (handbag or backpack only).
  •  Standard passenger weight: 75 kg per person.
  • Extra weight will be charged ₹2,000 per kg for Do Dham Yatra.
  • Passengers must report directly at Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun on time.
  • Helicopter operations are subject to weather conditions, air traffic clearance, VVIP movements, and technical factors.
  • Passengers must carry valid government ID proof (Aadhar / PAN / Voter ID etc.) as per government norms.
  • Infants below 2 years or 12 kg travel free, subject to age verification.
  • Passengers may face waiting time for shuttle helicopter service to Kedarnath Temple.
  • Price is subject to change without prior notice until booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy – Do Dham Yatra by Helicopter

  • 30% of the total tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made at the time of booking.
  • 70% of the total tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made 29–16 days before departure.
  • 100% of the total tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made 15–0 days before departure.
