Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) – He will be assisting with the transfer to Gangtok – Gangtok the capital of Sikkim Suits all from tranquillity to adventure, land of monastery, mystic rituals & festivals at a height of 1670 meters / 5480 feet and is the most visited spot of India. It is one of the most beautiful city with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids and butterflies - Nearly 135 kilometres 4 ½ - 5 hours’ drive – Check into the hotel – Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or the local Shopping centre - Over Night stay at Gangtok.
After a heavy breakfast, we take you to the famous Tsomgo Lake at 12000 ft (3600M). We start around 8.30 AM in the morning from the hotel. You have the whole day to enjoy the snow and Yak ride at the scenic high altitude alpine lake near the Indo-Tibet border. The 1 km long and 15m deep lake is considered sacred to the local people. The pristine clear water remains frozen during winter. Have fun with snow and enjoy an exciting Yak ride around the lake.
Note: -
1. Visitors are allowed to stop at Tsomgo/Nathula for duration of 30 minutes to 1 Hr to avoid any unforeseen mishaps/congestion in area.
2. All vehicles returning from Nathula, Baba Mandir, Tsomgo, should reach 3rd Mile check post by 5 pm. Failure to adhere timings by vehicles will cause discontinuation of permit for the defaulting vehicles.
3. Visit to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir depends upon the availability of permits and valid documents. If permits are not granted alternative sight-seeing will be done.
4. Additional Point: Nathula Pass: Visiting Nathula Pass requires an additional permit. Permits are limited, so guests must inform us at least a day prior to their travel. Only a certain number of vehicles are allowed each day.
Early rising at 4:00 AM, we head towards Tiger Hill, a place famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga. On our way back, we will visit the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop (The Batasia Loop was an engineering marvel of its time. It is a spiral railway created to lower the gradient of the ascent of the Toy Train. At this point, the track spirals around over itself through a tunnel). From here, we head back to our hotel, where breakfast will be served.
After breakfast, we head out for 7 points sightseeing. We visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, PNZ Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), Rope Way, Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. In the evening, we return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
**A visit to Tiger Hill depends on getting a token and good weather. If the weather is bad or it's raining, we won't go early in the morning. Instead, we'll visit Tiger Hill during the daytime sightseeing tour**

1. Pricing
Our policy assures you of economical pricing and the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on per per-person basis and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as an increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be shown as a charge on your statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail. Its print can be produced as evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you´ve provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
? Every Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies, before booking any activity with Tripmaza, the client has to read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.
? Combo tours can be cancelled, but if anyone is cancelling any of the single tours in the combo then they will not be able to avail combo offer, In this case, Tripmaza will consider the Individual tour price of the non-cancelled tour & Refund remaining amount.
? If not, you would only be able to enjoy the tours and services that you have seen in the options.
4.2 No Show
? If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.
5. Cancellation Procedures
Prior to making a cancellation, we recommend you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Tripmazab2b in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail, fax or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Tripmazab2b cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or has not been confirmed by us.
6. Itinerary Amendments
Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, airway schedules and such other several aspects. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Tripmaza reserves the complete right to implement minor amendments in the itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be done in the event of a major, such as a flood or earthquake.
7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy
If we are not able to trace for your accommodation in your preferred hotel, all efforts will be undertaken to provide you with a suitable alternative of a similar budget and standard. Speaking of check-in / check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel that you´ve chosen. Tripmaza cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests that are not adhered to by the hotel due to their busy schedule.
8. Travel Insurance
Tripmaza shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of the trip. It is advisable that the traveller should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.
9. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant to a particular tour, including a passport or a valid ID card. No refund can be done for the loss or lack of these relevant documents.
10. Website Usage Restrictions
All content on this website, including logos, images, information on tour packages, pricing details, and other relevant details, are proprietary to Tripmaza. Accordingly, as a condition of this website´s usage, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.

* Minimum Cancellation is Rs. 1000 per Head.
* Less than 7 Days Before the Date of Travel: 100% of the Package Cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* 7 – 15 Days Before the Date of Travel: 75% of the Package Cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* 16 - 30 Days Before Date of Travel: 50% of Package Cost as a cancellation charge.
* More than 30 Days: Full Refund of Package Cost Excluding Processing Fees @1000/- Per person and Actual air/ railway charges.
* Airlines as per airline policy excluding service charges as applicable.
