Flights: Shree Travels | TripMaza.com adheres to the refund and cancellation policies set by airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers for all bookings.All refund requests must be submitted via email or by contacting our office. Refunds will be initiated only after receiving confirmation from the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.Applicable cancellation charges will be as per the policies of the airline or hotel. Additionally, service charges or processing fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.Refund processing typically takes 7 to 15 working days, depending on airlines, banks, and payment methods. In certain cases, delays may occur if the airline or service provider takes longer to process the refund.Please note that non-refundable tickets, promotional fares, and special discounted bookings may not be eligible for refunds.All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
Holidays: All rights to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a tour are reserved by https://holidays.tripmaza.com/. The refund amount will be calculated based on various factors such as the total number of guests, and the cancellation policies of suppliers including hotels, airlines, transport providers, etc. The decision made by https://holidays.tripmaza.com/ regarding the refund amount shall be final and binding. By making a booking with Shree Travels, you acknowledge and agree to the above refund and cancellation terms.
Important Refund Information
- Refunds, if any, for variations / modifications / amendments / alterations and/or cancellations of any tour will be processed directly to the guest via A/C payee cheque or original payment mode, in Indian Rupees, as per the prevailing exchange rate and in accordance with RBI guidelines, irrespective of whether payment was made in foreign currency.
- Where bookings are made through travel agents or partners, refunds will be routed through the respective partner.
- All refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the applicable terms and conditions and will be interest-free. The company shall not be liable to pay any interest on refunded amounts.
- Refund processing time may vary and can take approximately 30 to 60 days, depending on the season and supplier policies.
No Refund Will Be Applicable In The Following Cases
- For any missed or unused services, including meals, due to any reason whatsoever.
- Where full payment is made in advance to confirm bookings with suppliers.
- If services are modified, amended, cancelled, or not utilized.
- If a guest cancels due to government rule changes or travel restrictions.
- Where airfares are contracted in bulk for air-inclusive packages.
- If the tour is postponed or cancelled due to natural calamities, riots, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances.
- For sectors where air tickets are non-refundable or date changes are not permitted.
Payment & Refund Mode
- For all card payments, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via the respective financial institution.
- Any applicable transaction charges will be borne by the guest.
